The Research

Why 670nm?

As we age, or under heavy screen use, the "batteries" in our eyes (mitochondria) can slow down, leading to fatigue and reduced color sensitivity.

Scientific studies suggest that short bursts of deep red light (670nm) in the morning may help recharge these batteries (ATP production). It's like a cup of coffee for your retinas.
